How We Work
Monthly Contributions
Members contribute monthly in one of three categories. That’s how we build trust and keep the fund strong.
Access to Support
After the first year, members can request support based on their contribution history. No collateral required.
Shared Growth
When the fund grows through lending or ventures, members benefit in return, based on what they’ve contributed.

President & Founder
Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai leads AYEF with a passion for youth empowerment. He is also the CEO of Adonai Estate Limited and Rector of AUCRE.

A seasoned manager with a strong accounting background, he has served as Managing Director of Adonai Estate Ltd for many years.

Our Story
AYEF was not born in a boardroom. It was born out of personal struggle.
Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai, our founder, knows what it means to build with nothing. For years, he chased support, knocked on doors, and waited for funding that never came. None arrived. So he rolled up his sleeves and built from scratch. Project by project. Failure by failure. Until success came.
That journey shaped his belief: the most powerful help does not come from outside. It comes from within.
AYEF became his answer. A practical, self-funded platform where young people could support one another, pool resources, and rise together. No big speeches. No empty promises. Just commitment, community, and action.
What began as one man’s mission is now a growing movement.
How We Operate
AYEF is not a loan scheme or donation hub. We are a self-funded community. Everything we do is powered by the monthly contributions of our members.
Each member contributes based on their chosen category. These funds are pooled, carefully managed, and invested into real businesses owned by members, not outsiders.
We do not promise quick money or high returns. What we offer is structure, transparency, and shared growth. Members get access to funding, mentorship, and accountability, all within a trusted circle of young entrepreneurs.
Our strength lies in how we support each other. When one wins, we all move forward.
